- Q: When does the application cycle start and close?
-
A: Applications can be submitted early fall and must by completed by June 15, including letters of recommendation. Because of the rolling basis of the admissions process, applicants are urged to apply much earlier than the application deadline. Only complete applications will be reviewed until the incoming class is filled. Space is limited.
- Q: How many students are accepted?
-
A: We anticipate accepting up to 30 students in the incoming class of GCATS and first-year MATS students.
- Q: I am not a U.S. citizen or permanent resident OR I completed my bachelor's degree outside of the US. Can I still apply?
-
A: International students are not eligible for GCATS admission. All pre-requisites must be completed at an accredited university. Many health professional schools require that some pre-requisites are completed at accredited US universities.
- Q: What is the status of my application submitted a month ago?
-
A: You may check the status of your application on the Apply Yourself website. Once your application, application fee and other required materials have been received, the GCATS Admissions Committee will review your complete application. You will be notified by email if you are accepted in the program.
- Q: What are the lowest GPA and MCAT to be considered?

- Q: Do I need GRE scores to apply to the GCATS program if I am interested pursuing a physician assistant program?
